| 摘 要： | 通过自制及改编量表对大学生就业压力与家庭关怀状况进行的调查,结果显示量表的信度、效度良好,大学生总体上没有感受太大压力;其中13.1%的大学生存在家庭功能严重障碍。研究还探讨了就业压力与家庭关怀等因素的相互影响关系,并针对调查结果提出了相应的建议。 |

| Abstract: | By surveying 435 college students on graduate employment stress and family attention, this paper arrives at the following conclusions: both two kinds of questionnaires have high reliability and validity, and most students were in low stress, but 13.1% students lack family attention. This paper also studies the relationships between student employment stress and family attention and brings forward some corresponding suggestions. |
