| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来，社区变迁与个体生活机遇建构之间的关系（社区效应）研究重新成为国际学术界的研究热点。在对欧美有关文献述评的基础上，文章认为目前社区效应研究仍然处于相关关系的发现阶段，对社区效应的产生机制仍然有待进一步研究，建议未来研究应当在社区的定义与测量、抽样以及数据处理等方面加以改进。

| Abstract: | The study on the relationship between community social change and individual life chances,a traditional field in urban sociology,has now become a hotspot in the international social science academe since 1990s.Based on a literature review of Euramerican "neighborhood effects" on the correlation between the community social change and individual life chances,a conclusion is drawn that the question how the neighborhood context influences individual life chances still remian unaddressed in neighborhood research.A set of methodological problems,such as directions for the future study,including the definition and measurement of neighborhoods,methods of sampling and data processing are singled out for discussion. |
