| 摘 要： | 法人的民事权利能力不存在范围,也不存在法律或章程对其进行限制的问题。法人民事权利能力的特殊性实指其与自然人民事权利能力相比所具有的特点，而从民事主体资格这一角度来看，法人的民事权利能力则没有特殊性。
