摘    要:涉外商贸谈判中跨文化沟通,是国内企业谈判者难以把握的内容。如何处理好涉外谈判中的文化沟通,如何避免谈判中的误解……,是国内许多涉外谈判者十分关心的问题。论文从谈判中常见的中外商务谈判的文化冲突分析出发,结合东西方思维方式、商业习惯、社交禁忌与法律等方面的差异,提出了涉外谈判中的跨文化沟通的策略。

Abstract:Cross-cultural communication in foreign business and trade negotiations is a content that is difficult to control for domestic negotiators.How to deal with cultural communication and avoid misunderstanding in the negotiations has been a concern for many foreign and domestic negotiators.Starting from the analysis on some common cultural conflicts in Sino-foreign business negotiations,combining with eastern and western thought modes,business customs,social taboos,and differences in law,the strategies to cross-cultural communications in foreign negotiations are put forward,so as to provide references for negotiators.
