| 摘 要： | 通过实验说明,当环境中粉尘较多时,将对ICP-MS仪器的灵敏度、稳定性产生的影响。粉尘影响的程度与其浓度、积累和环境湿度有关。湿度超过70%的时候影响显著。

| Abstract: | In determination of ICP-MS, the instrumental sensitivity and stability is interfereed by a lot of dust from laboratory. The affect for the instrument from dust is associated with dust concentration in air, dusty level on the instrument and humidity in the laboratory. When the humidity is more than 70%, the affect is noticeable. |
