“美丽中国”建设在长三角地区的实践研究——基于耦合协调度模型

构建包括经济、社会文化和生态环境3个子系统的“美丽中国”评价体系，并借助耦合协调度模型对2015年长三角地区30市的“美丽中国”建设水平进行评价，得出以下结论:从耦合度来看，均处于拮抗阶段；从耦合协调度来看，上海、南京、杭州处于“美丽中国”建设的较高水平，苏州、合肥等7市处于中等水平，而绍兴、舟山、扬州等19市处于低水平。不同的“美丽中国”建设水平应采取不一样的发展战略。

Beautiful China Construction in Yangtze River Delta from the Perspective of Coupling Coordination Degree Model

This paper aims to construct the “beautiful China” evaluation system including three sub-systems of economy, social culture and ecological environment and evaluates the “beautiful China” construction of 30 cities in Yangtze River Delta by means of the coupled coordination model ，and draws the following conclusions: The levels of coupling are in the antagonistic stage. From the coordination point of view，Shanghai，Hangzhou and Nanjing are in a higher level of the “beautiful China” construction, Suzhou ，Wuxi and other 14 cities in a middle level，and Huzhou，Jinhua and other 13 cities in a low level. Different "beautiful China" construction level should take a different development strategy
