| 摘 要： | 中国传统法律文化源远流长,形成了自身独特的价值体系和制度特征,必然会对当前社会主义法制建设产生深远影响.首先探讨法律文化的概念,其次具体论述中国传统法律文化对法制现代化建设的消极作用与积极作用,最后针对在社会主义法制建设中如何正确对待传统法律文化阐述了自己的见解.

| Abstract: | During its long history,Chinese traditional legal culture has evolved unique value system and systematic characteristics,which imposes deep influences on the construction of socialistic legislation modernization.The paper firstly analyses the concept of legal culture,and then illustrates in detail the active and negative roles traditional legal culture plays in socialistic legislation modernization.On the basis of the above analysis,the paper presents its own opinion on how to properly deal with Chinese traditional legal culture in the course of socialistic legislation modernization. |
