企业技术创新过程模式的发展演进及启示

文章述评了企业技术创新过程发展的五代模式,即从技术推动、市场拉动、技术与市场的耦合互动发展到一体化(并行)和系统集成与网络模式,并介绍了其发展趋势及对我国企业创新管理的启示.文章指出,从总体上看,我国大部分企业仍处于第二代(市场拉动型)、第三代(耦合互动型)创新过程模式阶段,只有少数领先企业正向第四代、第五代创新过程模式迈进.我国企业可以充分利用"后发优势",借鉴创新过程的五代模型的发展和国内外创新成功企业的经验,加速创新过程模式的发展演进步伐,甚至可以实现跨越式的发展.

Evolution of innovation process modes and their enlightenment to Chinese enterprises

This paper reviews the evolution of the five-generation innovation process modes, namely technology push, market-pull, demand/market pull, interactive and coupling, integration/parallel and system integration and network(SIN) mode. Based on these analyses, some enlightenment to the Chinese enterprises is discussed. This paper argues that, in general, most Chinese enterprises are still at the second generation (market pulling) or the third generation (coupling and interacting) of innovation process mode, and only a few leading enterprises are marching towards the fourth or the fifth generations of the innovation process. The Chinese enterprises should accelerate the evolution process of innovation, and even can realize leap-type development by utilizing the "newcoming advantage", and using the development of five generations of modes of the innovation process and experiences of the domestic and international successful innovative enterprises for reference.
