Loyal culture is an important component of China's traditional political culture.The rulers of different dynasties after the Song Dynasty,to safeguard the political system of the unification and to guarantee the autocratic monarchy,tried various means,to pursue "loyal to monarch" culture in a more cost-effective manner.Guan Yu worship is an important link in this system.In history,Guan Yu is,according our tradition,symbol of "social justice" and a "figure of bravery",and he was molded into a "loyal" model later on.Guan Yu worship was pushed to an unprecedented height in the Ming Dynasty,and reached a unique stage in the Qing Dynasty.After performing the last dementia,the culture of loyalty to monarch,with the victory of the democratic revolution,withdrew from the historical stage finally.
