| Abstract: | The issues of entrustment and insiders control are essential to the improvement of the company management structure in China. Only by deepening the corporate reformation of state owned enterprises with consistent efforts, putting an end to the situation of mixing administration with enterprise management and cultivating high quality entrepreneurs can the scientific company management structure in China be established. |
