| 摘 要： | 从社会心理学的视角,论述了现代人格与能力的关系及社会作用,现代健康人格的基本特征及塑造途径等问题,提出了人的发展是诸多因素综合发展的过程,能力的发展依赖于社会人格品质的发展;社会的发展与进步,并非能力超然之结果,而是健康人格与能力协合之杰作.

| Abstract: | From the aspect of social psychology,this paper tries to discuss the relations between modern personality and capability,their social functions,basic features of healthy modern personality,and how to shape healthy modern personality,etc.This paper puts forwards that the human's development is the process of comprehensive development of many factors,that the development of capability depends on the development of social personality,and that social development and advance is not the result of capability,but the return of the cooperation between healthy personality and capability. |
