| 摘 要： | 产业园区的建设已经成为县域经济发展的推动力。当前,辽宁确定了以工业园区发展带动县域经济的工作方针。通过对辽宁省县域发展现状、存在问题的分析,针对其县域产业园区早期规划和产业集聚的系统发展提出政府与市场结合、拓展县域经济空间、加速产业集群和延伸产业链等发展对策。
