| 摘 要： | 在西部大开发进程中,发展电子商务是陕西经济腾飞的快车道.电子商务可以改变陕西的闭塞状态,有效地进行广告宣传,提高产品价值实现率,加速资金周转,提高资金利用率,增强产品的比较优势.因此,创造条件,大力发展电子商务,对于促进陕西经济腾飞具有积极作用.

| Abstract: | In the Development of the Western regions of China,developing electronic commerce is the speedway for improving the economy of Shaanxi. EC can change the ill informed state of Shaanxi, and can publicize effecively the enterprises and their products. It can speed up revolving funds, and can strengthen the comparative advantage of the products. Hence it brings opportunity for developing the economy of Shaanxi. EC also offers challenge to Shaanxi province. If we don't have EC, we will lose the chance to trade with others. |
