| 摘 要： | 服务业的全球化更多的是依赖于虚拟网络,这就给发展中国家的服务业升级提供了不同的发展模式。通过邮轮产业案例,可以从一个侧面揭示全球旅游服务业扩张对中国区域旅游服务业升级的影响,初步研究结果表明,服务业全球价值链网络具有便捷性、开放性和迁移性。旅游产业沿着全球价值链的升级,不仅取决于外部市场机遇和基础设施建设,而且还取决于参与服务业联盟和全球标准制定组织等软环境准备。

| Abstract: | Global value chain expansion influences almost every aspects of local industries, but, different from manufacturing industries, the globalization of services has its new characteristics and bring different models for regional service upgrading. The paper takes cruises industry as the case to probe into the impact of service industry on regional tourism upgrading in China. The results of the research show that global value chain expansion of service industry has its uniqueness. The upgrading of tourism along the global value chains depends not only on the outer opportunities and regional infrastructures, but the soft readiness of professional services as well. |
