领导党和执政党双重角色的准确定位

在当代中国政治文明的场景中,中国共产党实际上充当了既是领导党又是执政党的双重角色。为了切实做到依法治国和依法执政,有必要明确作为领导党与作为执政党在法治国家中的不同地位和不同作用,并给予这两种角色以准确的定位,否则即有可能由于角色的错位而导致政治体制和政治运作中的混乱。

In the context of Chinese contemporary political civilization, the Communist Party of China actually plays roles of both leading party and executive party. In order to implement effectively the principles of ruling country according to law and execute according to law, it is necessary to distinguish the different statuses and functions of leading party and executive party in a law country. The two roles should be accurately set; otherwise, it is possible that chaos in political system and operation will occur due to wrong role-setting.
