对我国开展花卉认证的思考

我国花卉业经过几十年的发展，生产规模快速扩大，市场消费稳步增长，花卉质量不断提高，正在由数量扩张型向质量效益型转变。但我国花卉业整体上仍处在转型阶段，花卉认证工作正在起步，相关的基础标准正在制订，花卉企业自主创新能力不强，生产标准化、专业化程度低。本文介绍了花卉认证的内涵，国际上主要的花卉认证体系，以及我国花卉认证取得的发展，并在此基础上详细分析了我国花卉认证发展所面临的问题，最后提出了相应的对策。
