| 摘 要： | 由于历史、政治、经济以及地理、民族、法学教育等多重原因,中国法律文化具有明显的区域特征,制约着中国法律文化的整体发展.然而,在中国统一的政治环境下,经济迅猛发展的同时,区域法律文化是能够实现有效的整合的,这需要我们在把握中国法律文化发展的总体方向的同时,实现民主政治的社会化,适应法律文化发展需要优化经济结构,加强法学教育,为中国法治实践培养高素质的法律专门人才.

| Abstract: | Owing to such reasons as history, politics, economy as well as geology, nationality and legal education, the legal culture in China is characterized by localism features, which obstacle the development of it. However, under the circumstances of uniform politics and fast-developing economy in China, the localism of legal culture is capable of being practically integrated. We are desired to secure the right route of development of legal culture in China, at the same time, we should make great efforts to realize the socialization of democratic politics in order to adjust the development of legal culture, to perfect our economic structure, to reinforce the legal education, and to cultivate high-qualitied talents to meet the need of legal practice. |
