| 摘 要： | 解放战争"三大战役"之一的平津战役,其特点是将军事压力与政治争取相结合,东北野战军和华北军区部队在解放北平的过程中,与傅作义集团的主要战场是在天津、张家口和北平郊区.其中平郊战争歼灭了数量众多的国民党军队,同时也使得北平周围的解放区连成一片,给困守北平城的傅作义以巨大的压力,从而为"北平方式"--北平和平解放创造了良好的条件.北平和平解放能够得以实现,平郊战场的战争及其胜利无疑具有奠基石般的作用和意义.
