| Abstract: | The article generalizes the current constructive states of ecological special-area in the middle part of Hainan Island and analyzes the main problems of ecological special area construction. Then some strategical measures and suggestions are made, such as developing ecological and special agriculture, developing ecological tourism of forest, playing the policy of ecological population transferring, and strengthening the construction of nature protested area. |
