| 摘 要： | 马克思创立的历史唯物主义学说,第一次科学地阐明了个人和人民群众在历史上的作用.他指出:归根到底,只有人民群众才是历史的真正主人,同时也肯定了杰出个人对历史进程所起到的重大的作用.个人和人民群众在历史上分别扮演着不同的角色.在新的历史条件下,个人和人民群众之间的关系又有着新的不同的具体表现,我国社会主义和谐社会的构建对于个人与群众之间关系又提出了新的要求和挑战.
