| 摘 要： | 湿地资源的保护和利用在中国是一个较新的话题,它兼有经济和环境的意义,同时也是环境保护法需要研究的课题。从湿地的功能及中国湿地现状出发,分析中国在湿地资源保护和利用中存在的主要问题,提出了对中国湿地资源保护和利用的基本思路及可资实施的几项主要措施。

| Abstract: | The protection and exploitation of marsh resources is one of the latest issues in our country. It is also a subject covered by the law of environmental protection, and it is significant both economically and environmentally. This article analyses the major problems involving the protection and cultivation of marsh. The paper provides the basic means to protect the marsh resources and measures that can be taken. |
