| 摘 要： | 由于内外经济环境的巨大变化 ,2 0世纪 90年代台湾经济由过去的高速增长转变为较稳定的中速增长。进入 2 1世纪 ,新的形势使台湾经济增长的制约因素明显增加 ,经济自身积累的结构性问题也日益突出与激化。支撑台湾经济增长的动力来源呈现弱化趋势 ,稳定中速增长面临严重挑战。未来几年台湾经济将呈不稳定的中低速增长

| Abstract: | Great changes of both internal and external economic environments have caused Taiwan's economy to slow down from a high-speed to a stable moderate-speed in the 1990s. New environment in the beginning of the 21st century has brought about an increase of constraints on Taiwan's economic growth. The internal problem with Taiwan's economic structure is becoming increasingly serious and the driving force behind Taiwan's economic growth has shown a weakening trend. The present moderate-speed growth is facing severe challenges and is likely to change to an unstable moderate-low-speed growth in the near future. |
