| Abstract: | The Creative Research Group is one of the ＂Plans for High Level and Creative Elitists＂ put in practice by the Ministry, of Education. Aiming at the practice during the period of 2004 to 2007, this paper has carried out the statistics and analysis on the achievements obtained by the Creative Research Groups. Based on the results, some constructive thinking and measurements are proposed. |
