我国收入分配差距扩大化的成因及其对策分析

2003年我国人均GDP超过1000美元,进入社会经济发展的关键时期,收入分配差距扩大化问题已成为社会关注的焦点。我国的收入分配差距呈现出快速扩大的趋势,这一点得到了理论界和广大民众的普遍认同,但差距到底有多大并没有一个统一和权威的说法。即使不考虑非正常收入,无论根据何种统计,我国目前的居民收入的总体基尼系数已超过0.4。文章分析了近几年来我国收入分配差距扩大化的原因和收入差距过大给社会经济发展带来的问题和危害,并在此基础上提出了遏制收入分配差距扩大化的政策建议。

The Analysis of the Expansion of the Income Distribution Gap of China

The GDP for average person of China was over 1 000 dollars in the year of 2003. Thus it had come to a very important period for China to develop the economy, so the expansion of income distribution gap became a social focus. This article is divided into three parts:In the first part, the reasons for the expansion of the income distribution gap in our country are analyzed;In the second part, the disadvantages caused by the expansion of the income distribution gap are analyzed;In the third part,some countermeasures to control the expansion of the income distribution gap are proposed.
