团体咨询在中国的发展与展望

团体咨询是一个舶来品,自20世纪90年代被引进中国后,在不到20年的时间里,团体咨询得到了快速的发展。目前,从事团体咨询实践的咨询师不断增加,团体咨询研究的论文不断增多,团体咨询应用领域不断扩大,最为重要的标志是2011年团体咨询师能力测评被国家纳入专业人才测评体系和团体咨询师培养系列教材的出版。团体咨询在企业、学校、机关等组织发挥着积极的作用。

Development and Perspect of China’s Group Counseling

After it was introduced into China in 1990s,group counseling experienced a rapid deve-lopment in less than twenty years.At present,the number of group counselors in practice is on the rise,academic papers on group counseling come in large number,the field it is used keeps expanding.The most important sign of its boom is that the evaluation of group counselor＇s competence was incorporated in the state professional talent evaluation system,and a series of training textbooks were published in 2011.It has played a positive role in bodies like businesses,schools and governmental organizations.
