| 摘 要： | 文章认为,现行《中华人民共和国土地管理法》对政府征用农地应给予农民补偿的有关规定,已不适应社会经济发展的新情况,应尽快对这些规定进行修改。笔者根据实际情况,对修改思路提出了两点建议。

| Abstract: | Some rules of compensating farmers for the expropriation of farmland in "The Law of Land Management of People's Republic of China" are not seasoned with the current situation of society and economy. Amendment should be made. The paper puts forward two suggestions to make the law perfect based on the facts. |
