| Abstract: | The present thesis, based on the analysis of the content of national policy involved in Xinjiang's enrollment for higher education since 1977, advances the feature of the national policy in three periods called " former eight years", " another fourteen years" and " new age" and makes an objective evaluation of its enforcem ent, result and influence. |
