我国外国直接投资与国内投资相互关系实证研究

关于FDI与国内投资之间的关系问题正受到理论界的高度重视,但目前还没有一个确定的答案。通过实证检验我国1985—2004年间FDI与国内投资之间的关系。发现我国吸收的FDI与国内投资之间存在着比较显著的挤入效应。这种挤入效应与FDI进入我国主要采取"绿地投资"的形式和FDI充当着引入外部有效金融体系的作用紧密相关,也与FDI是我国技术引进的主体以及FDI自身投资领域的调整和优化有关。

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Foreign Direct Investment in China and the Domestic Investment

In academic world, much concern is being paid to the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and domestic investment. However, there is no consensus in the debates. This article empirically tests the relationship between FDI in China and the domestic investment during 1985-2004. It concludes that the absorption of FDI in China has a remarkable crowding-in effect on domestic investment, the effect of which is closely related with the facts that FDI in China mainly takes the form of "green land investment", that FDI simultaneously has the function to introduce the effective financial systems into China, that FDI is the main body of technical introduction in China, and that there is the adjustment and optimization of investment fields within FDI itself.
