群众监督:社会主义权力监督体系的基础

群众监督是社会主义国家权力的显著特征和重要属性,是社会主义权力监督体系的基础.目前,我国在群众监督意识、政府信息公开性、群众监督法律法规的完善、群众所反映问题的处理等方面,存在一些制约群众监督的因素.加强群众监督,要从强化群众监督意识,完善政务公开制度,建立健全与群众监督相关的法律法规,加大对群众监督所反映问题的处理力度等方面入手.

The supervision by masses is the remarkable character and the important attribute of the socialist state power and the foundation of the supervision system of the socialist power.At present,in the aspects of the consciousness of the supervision by masses,the governments' information publicity,the consummation of the laws and the regulations related to the supervision by masses,the solutions of the problems from the people and so on,there still exist some factors which are restricting the supervision by masses.In order to enhance the supervision by masses,we should strengthen the consciousness of the surpervision by masses,improve the system of the government affairs' publicity,set up and perfect the laws and the regulations related to the supervision by masses,and rapidly handle the matters from the people,etc..
