| 摘 要： | 英美法系和大陆法系是当今世界主要法系，其优秀的法律制度为我国法治建设提供了许多有益的借鉴，其中的律师制度拥有毋庸置疑的重要地位。本文从历史发展、类型职能、资格取得、权利义务四个方面，对英美法系和大陆法系的律师制度进行宏观的比较，在此基础上就其成功经验探讨了对我国律师制度改革的现实借鉴。
