| 摘 要： | 从比较的视角对湖北上市公司进行了结构性分析;从湖北上市公司在全国地位的变迁、公司经营效率、治理结构与股权效率、资产重组等几个方面考察了湖北上市公司的运行特征及问题;提出了以改善公司治理为核心的提高公司效率的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper first makes a structural analysis on the listed companies in Hubei by comparison with other companies. Then their operating characteristics and problems are researched from the change of their national role, management efficiency, structure administration, shareholding rate and property re-engineering. Finally, countermeasure is put forward to enhance its efficiency mainly by improving its administration. |
