The publication of New Literature during "the second decade" bore obvious phasal characteristics: the publication of Left-Wing Literature was still adhering to the tradition of the May 4th New Literature;the formation of "magazine year" and the New Literature's multi-dimensional development were promoting each other;New Literature publication's recovery indicated that New Literature finally became the mainstreamed of popular literature.These phasal characteristics showed that only if New Literature became a positive factor of literary production under modern publication system,and brought driving power for the publishing industry,could New Literature since the May 4th Movement really achieve success and triumph.
