| Abstract: | The combination of cultural and artistic quality education with campus culture construction can jointly improve the educative effect of universities. Building the management frame of them focuses on three key points such as optimizing inner structure, enhancing outer one and making a new joint bolt of them, so as to, through active exploration, constantly optimize the effective approaches and ways to cultural and artistic quality education and campus culture construction. |
