提升地方本科院校贫困大学生就业能力研究

经济困难大学生的就业能力是其通过知识的学习和综合素质的开发而获得的,能够实现就业理想、满足社会需要,在社会生活中实现自身就业价值的本领,是一种综合能力。根据经济贫困大学生就业能力的七个基本组成,提出提升地方本科院校贫困大学生就业能力的对策,并结合湖南理工学院的办学实践,探索＂爱＋导＋能＋活＂的就业能力提升模式。

A RESEARCH OF PROMOTING THE EMPLOYABILITY OF POOR STUDENTS AT LOCAL UNDERGRADUATE INSTITUTIONS

The employability of poor college students can be obtained with the learning of knowledge and the development of comprehensive qualities;the ability,which can be used to achieve employment ideal,fulfill the needs of society and realize self-valuation in society,is a kind of integrated ability.According to seven basic elements of poor college students＇ employability,it proposes the strategies of promoting the employability of poor students at local undergraduate institution,and explores the employability promotion model of ＂Loving,Guiding,Ability,Flexibility＂,which combines with the education practice of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology.
