| Abstract: | With China's entry into WTO, the shortcomings of the state-owned commercia l banks in their organization, system and customer-bank relationship have posed obstacles for their competitiveness. The state-owned commercial banks must, by a bsorbing the other countries' successful restructuring experience of their banki ng industry, undertake reconstructing in their organization, system, customer-ba nk relationship and use of information technology. |
