核心自我评价与风险倾向

以244名大学生为被试,设置风险决策的收益情境和损失情境,考察核心自我评价3个成分对风险倾向的影响。结果表明:①风险倾向的翻转现象基本上得到验证,但个体对外在参照点的敏感性程度受到个体内在核心自我评价成分,尤其是自我效能变量的制约。②在收益情境下,核心自我评价3个成分的水平特征对风险倾向变化有显著影响,而在损失情境下,核心自我评价特征成分对风险倾向的作用不明显。

Core Self-Evaluation and Its Risk Tendency

The situations of the gain and loss in risk decision-making were arranged.244 college students were tested to examine the effects of the three components of the core self-evaluation on risk tendency in the gain and loss frames. The results show that(1) Reversal phenomenon of risk propensity was basically proved in this study,however the subjects' sensitivity to the outer reference points was conditioned by inner core self-evaluations;especially self-efficacy;(2) The different levels of the three components of the core self-evaluation influenced obviously the transformation of the risks propensity in the gain situations,but so did not in the loss conditions.
