| 摘 要： | 教学质量是教育改革和发展的生命线。目前 ,在师范院校上规模的同时 ,应特别注意师范生培养的质量。提高师范生培养的质量 ,必须确定师范院校培养目标 ,明确师范院校人才培养规格 ,建立和完善师范院校教学质量保障系统。

| Abstract: | Teaching quality is the lifeline of educational reform and development .At present,while teachers colleges are enlarging their recruiting students,we should pay special attention to the students' cultivation quality.To do so ,we should firstly fix the cultivation goal of teachers colleges,secondly clarify the specifications of talents cultivation and thirdly establish and improve the guarantee system of teaching quality. |
