| Abstract: | The management of regional higher education has become a serious concern along with the development of globalization and regionalization. Based on the comparison between Guangdong and Taiwan, this paper analyzes the major experience and existing problems about the management of regional higher education and proposes possible routes for the transfer from management to autonomy. |
