| 摘 要： | 供应链管理盈利模式是一种现代盈利模式．在库存管理、管理技术、关系管理与信息化建设方面具有优势．主要从生产成本和流通成本两个方面降低产品成本。通过提高产品的利润空间增强企业的盈利能力。我国流通企业要树立供应管理思想、加强业务外包、提高核心竞争力、强化人才培养、建立战略联盟、健全信息系统、提升渠道价值、实施全球供应链战略、发挥政府外部作用．构建供应链管理盈利模式。
