| 摘 要： | 按照“奈模型”的框架分析．现今东亚区域合作模式与欧洲一体化的早期模式相比较，缺失“一体化潜力”的要素。东亚合作应有新视角．即发挥自身优势，妥善解决地区历史遗留问题．以活跃的合作组织和非政府力量带动区域凝聚力，从而催生东亚的区域认同．巩固合作之基，加大合作力度。

| Abstract: | In terms of the framework of Nye Model,this paper examines regional cooperation at its most embryonic stage by juxtaposing Europe's earliest experience and the contemporary East Asian experience.By comparison,the integrative potentials that underpin European integration process but are missing from the East Asian region become the lessons from EU's case to make East Asian regional cooperation smooth.It concludes by suggesting that East Asia should foster its regional identity by enhancing its strong points(... |
