| 摘 要： | 执政文化是社会文化的灵魂,引领着社会文化的方向,并成为民众行为的重要导向。执政文化建设是一项艰巨的、复杂的系统工程,其中执政价值观、执政制度、执政主体是三个最重要的维度,加强这三个方面的建设是进行执政文化建设的最基本的要求。
