基于博弈分析的航班延误赔偿协调机制研究

近年来，航班延误赔偿纠纷日益增多，已成为运输消费投诉的重要内容，但目前我国还没有建立快速的赔偿机制，导致我国广大消费者的合法权益没有得到及时、有效的保护。通过建立乘客与航空公司关于航班延误赔偿的动态博弈模型，找到了博弈双方的均衡，并通过引入第三方取证单位和第三方支付平台赔偿协调机制，缓解了乘客与航空公司的矛盾，对航空公司在航班延误后如何快速做出经济赔偿有一定的意义和参考价值。

In recent years,flight delay compensation disputes increase day by day,which has become an important content of the transportation consumer complaints.But at present our country did not es-tablish a fast compensation mechanism,leading to the vast number of consumers’legitimate rights and interests of our country did not be timely and effective protected.We fund the game equilibrium through the establishment of the dynamic game model of flight delay compensation about passengers and airlines,and eased the contradiction between the passengers and airlines by introducing the third party certification unit and the third party payment platform for coordination mechanism,which have a certain significance and reference value for airlines to quickly make economic compensation in flight delays.
