| 摘 要： | 网络空间治理法治化是时代所需，是依法治国战略实施的必然要求；是网络社会治理的必然选择。针对现实挑战及当下互联网治理存在的缺乏系统性、法律法规体系不够健全、网民的法治意识还没有完全形成的现实问题，提出从依法办网、依法上网、依法管网三个方面入手，切实推动网络空间治理法治化。

| Abstract: | Network space governance under the rule of law is necessary for time,and is the inevitable requirement of the rule of law strategy implementation and is the inevitable choice of governance net-work society.At present,there are some real challenges and problems at the Internet governance. Such as lacking of systematic,the legal system is not perfect and the consciousness of rule by law has not yet formed totally.The paper proposed that constructing the Internet,using the Internet and man-aging the Internet should be implemented in accordance with the law. |
