试论社会转型期中国社会主义民主政治的发展和完善--兼述当代中国政党、国家(政府)、社会的权力关系调整和制度性创新

社会主义民主政治是社会主义的本质要求,是实现人民当家做主的政治形式。随着社会主义市场经济的建立,建设与社会主义市场经济相适应的民主政治,既是20世纪后20年来政治改革的基本实践,又是21世纪中国民主政治的逻辑发展。中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)以后,经济体制改革将进入快速发展阶段。与此相适应,以政党、国家(政府)与社会的权力结构制度性创新为着力点,深化政治体制改革,是社会转型期中国社会主义民主政治发展和完善的必然要求和可行性选择。

The development and perfection of China socialist democratic politics during the tranforming period

The socialist democratic policy is the essential demand of socialism and the politic form of which people become their own master.Accompanying the establishment of socialist market economy and the deep development of transform and open policy,it is not only the basic practice of twenty years politic transformation,but the logical development of Chinese democratic policy in the2st century.After China become one of the members of WTO,the economic system transformation will develop quickly.So the Party and state should do their best to deepen the political system transformation and build the democratic policy structure which suits the socialist market-oriented economy .This is the inevitable demand and feasible choice of the development and perfection of China socialist democratic policy during the transforming period.
