| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是我党在现阶段提出的新任务。完成这一任务,重点在农村,关键在农民。没有农村的和谐,就不可能有城乡的和谐,就不可能有中国的和谐。因此,进一步加快农业和农村经济发展;努力提高农民的科学文化素质;加强农村基层民主政治建设;大力维护农村社会稳定,就成为构建农村和谐社会的主要任务。

| Abstract: | To build a harmonious society is a new task proposed by the Communist Party of China.To fulfill the task,the most important work is in the countryside,as,without a harmonious rural society,a harmonious China would remain a dream forever.Therefore,more efforts must be taken to develop agriculture and rural economy,to raise the quality of rural residents,to enhance democratic politics in the countryside,and to safeguard social stability in the rural areas. |
