试论篮球运动的能量供应

摘    要:篮球运动能量供应中无氧代谢占90%,有氧代谢占10%.在无氧代谢能量供应中又分磷酸原系统供能和糖酵解系统供能.本文通过对篮球运动项目特征分析和对约300名体育系学生进行的“磷酸原系统功率”测试结果的分析认为,篮球运动特别是竞赛时,动用更多的是磷酸原供能系统.此研究结果为篮球运动科学化训练提供生理学依据.

Abstract:The proportion of energy supply in playing basket - ball is: oxygenic metabolism takes 90%, the non - oxygenic metabolism takes 10%. Which is utilized more in the course of oxygenic metabolism, the phosphagen system or the glycolysis system? After deepgoingly analysing the characteristics of basket - ball events and the result of tests of the power of phosphagen system on about 300 students of our department, we can see that the phosphagen system is utilized more in the course of oxygenic metabolism. This result can provide physiological evidences for scientific basket - ball training.
