| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴国际网络环境下反不正当竞争的理论和实践经验，对网络技术引发的不正当竞争提出立法建议。修改现行相关法律法规，制定相应法规，完善法律体系，并呼吁人们强化网络保护意识，全面提升现代网络通信技术。
