体育教师职业认同感研究

对四川省部分高校体育教师进行问卷调查和座谈，结果表明目前多数高校体育教师的自我职业认同程度以及对工作环境的满意度较高。但工作量过重、职业认同感与现实的学科评价体系矛盾等问题，容易给教师带来不良的心理暗示，增加他们的精神压力，从而使其产生内心冲突，阻碍其职业发展。因此建议教师要建立工作底线，关注工作兴奋点；努力创造自我，改变心理认知结构；保持乐观的工作态度，善于奖励自己。

The Research on Vocational Agreement of PE Teachers
