| 摘 要： | 随着国家政治社会的结构性变迁、家族文化的消解与转换以及农村社会转型,农村社会福利制度的整体面貌发生着显著的变化,国家、村庄和家族三个主体的供给能力与责任一直处于此消彼长中.从目标导向和发展趋向上看,政府应该为农村社会福利事业提供更多的政策支持和财政支持.

| Abstract: | From the structural change of politics and society,dissolving and transformation of family culture and rural social transformation,rural social welfare institution has changed a lot.The provision capacity and responsibility of state,village and family is undergoing constant transformation and adjustment.From the aspect of the objective-oriented approach and development tendency,central government should supply more policy and financial support for rural social welfare. |
