| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来，作为高等教育的重要组成部分，通识教育实施的必要性和重要性在中国高等教育界已经达成共识。但我国通识教育的实施仍步履艰难，必须通过转变价值观念、完善课程体系及规范科学管理等方面的综合治理，促进通识教育的顺利发展。
